How verification works
To confirm you are (or were) a legitimate inspector, please provide one of the following during submission:
- Current inspectors: Your work email address. We use it only for verification and will never publish it.
- Former inspectors: Your pay grade / position title during service (e.g., GS-9, CORE Inspector), and/or one of the contractors you worked for.
Common FEMA inspection contractors

- Other (please specify)
Privacy: Stories may be lightly edited for clarity, length, and privacy.
We will never publish contact info. Verification details stay private for review only.
